New national pavilions at Europort 2011
Finland, Sweden, Jiangsu (China), Panama and the Czech Republic have new national pavilions at Europort 2011. That brings the number of national pavilions that have signed up to 13. Besides these collective presentations Europort 2011 welcomes many new individual international exhibitors. Over 30% of all participants is from abroad.

Ahoy as overseas co-organiser is involved with the China International Marine, Port & Shipbuilding Fair (CIMPS). This leading maritime exhibition takes place from 12 until 14 April 2011 in the Jiangsu Province. This is the number 1 shipbuilding region in China, and still expanding. The local supply industry cannot live up to the increased demand of the Chinese shipbuilding industry; 70% of all equipment has to be imported.
